1. Peel the clear cover and press tattoo facedown firmly, onto dry, clean skin. (free of oil & makeup)
2. Press down wet cloth/paper towl against the back of the tattoo to wet it thoroughly.
3. Wait at least 30 seconds(DO NOT HURRY) and peel off the paper backing.
4. Gently rinse the image on skin with water for best effect.
